Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic installations to prevent breakdowns, and quickly and efficiently resolve acute malfunctions.

Diagnosis & Repair: Diagnose complex technical issues and independently carry out repairs on various components (e.g., motors, pumps, valves, sensors, wiring, drives, bearings).

Optimization: Analyze the performance of systems and proactively propose improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Installation & Adjustment: Assist with the installation of new systems and precisely adjust them for optimal performance.

Reporting & Documentation: Accurately report completed work, including materials used and time spent, and keep technical documentation up-to-date.

Safety: Always adhere to applicable safety standards and procedures (e.g., LOTO, NEN 3140/3840) and contribute to a safe working environment.

Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise with colleagues and contribute to the overall knowledge development within the team.

Education and Experience:

Vocational or higher vocational degree (MBO/HBO level) in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Technology, or equivalent by experience.

Demonstrable and relevant work experience as a technician with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems.

Experience with PLC controls is a significant advantage.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; you can quickly and efficiently diagnose and resolve complex malfunctions.

Accurate, structured, and with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and other departments.

Ability to work independently, but also a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge.

Specific Requirements:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties if applicable.

Fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.

In possession of a valid B driving license.

Affinity with the sector and a focus on sustainability is a plus.
