key responsibilities
- Prepare and configure the press line according to production and drying schedules.
- Replenish and empty material buffers as needed.
- Set up and adjust the machine to meet specific production requirements.
- Operate the line, monitor parameters, and make adjustments based on experience and regulations.
- Ensure the quality of produced bricks by conducting routine inspections and adjustments.
- Coordinate with colleagues handling the transportation of pressed bricks.
- Record production data and document technical observations.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
- After training, develop and implement new production programs independently.
qualification
- Several years of experience as a machine operator, preferably in a continuous production environment.
- Hands-on experience with large machinery and complex installations in rugged production settings.
- Technical education or demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Familiarity with servo-driven systems and sensors is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
- Availability to work in a day shift starting at 6:00 AM.
