For a leading manufacturer specializing in high-tech composite assemblies for the aircraft and space industries, we are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their cleanroom facility. This role requires a commitment to working in a 2-shift system. The position offers shift compensation, a potential mould bonus upon certification, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, compensation days, and extra vacation days based on service. A performance-based bonus is also attainable if company group goals are met. Upon receiving a permanent contract, health and group insurance are provided.

key responsibilities
- Prepares molds by accurately placing and positioning film.
- Sets up the machine for various parts (e.g., G650, F6X).
- Mounts and adjusts rolls as required for production.
- Laminates parts according to established procedures.
- Performs quality checks throughout the lamination process.
- Completes all necessary documentation in line with procedural requirements.
- Moves molds and tools safely using a crane or forklift.
- Utilizes tracking systems for logging materials and orders.
- Collaborates with the team and takes responsibility for upholding the EN9100 quality standard and ISO 14001 environmental standard.
qualification
- Demonstrates a preference for working accurately and with a high degree of focus.
- Exhibits stress resistance and the ability to maintain an overview in demanding situations.
- Is a collaborative team player who can also perform tasks independently.
- Adheres strictly to safety regulations.
- Is capable of providing the workstation with necessary materials and products or checking the supply.
- Maintains a clean and tidy work area, including equipment and attachments.
- Has experience in processing products, specifically cutting and unmolding.
- Is skilled in finishing, printing, or decorating products, including coating, glossing, and deburring plastic or rubber products.
- Can detect, locate, and sort visible deviations on products, such as surface or color irregularities.
