As a Learning Coordinator Specialist, your main tasks and responsibilities will be :
1. Day-to-Day Operations:
Responding to requests and queries promptly and effectively.
Managing vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Ensuring the tracking and measurement of learning programs.
Documenting necessary information for finance, subsidy reimbursement, and cross-charging.
2. Training Program Logistics:
Scheduling virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
Sending invitations and managing participant lists through SuccessFactors Learning and any other learning platforms.
Recording live training sessions for future reference.
Providing technical support during virtual sessions.
3. Global Operations Point of Contact (POC):
Developing and maintaining relationships with learning professionals globally.
Identifying synergies, promoting global solutions, and sharing best practices.
4. Standard Activities:
Booking facilitators and ensuring room availability, catering and materials
Booking on-site support and sending invites/participant lists.
Planning facilitator prep calls and sending reminders to participants.
Ensuring security registrations and providing guest Wi-Fi.
Setting up MS Teams for events.
Providing technical support during events.
5. Medium Activities:
Sending individual participant Outlook calendar invites.
Tracking individual participant attendance.
Assigning cohorts and scheduling cohort meetings.
Tracking cohort meetings.
Major accountabilities:
Meet regularly with stakeholders to address operational needs and define requirements for learning programs.
Organize program information, track progress, and manage projects within set timelines and budget.
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, coaches, and suppliers, overseeing contracting and scheduling services.
Track request data for accurate budgeting, contracting, and cross-charging processes.
Ensure precise tracking of learner data and operational metrics to demonstrate program success.
Strictly adhere to departmental policies and procedures, maintaining operational consistency.
Design and maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistent program execution.
Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and implement recommendations for optimization.
Promptly identify and resolve operational problems, implementing effective solutions.
Play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's learning operations.
