• Supplier Portfolio Management: Identify, evaluate, and select new potential suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate the best purchasing conditions (price, deadlines, quality, services) for raw materials, components, industrial equipment, and services. Draft and monitor contracts.
• Cost Optimization: Implement purchasing strategies aimed at reducing costs without compromising quality or security of supply.
• Market Watch: Analyze market trends, technological innovations, and price developments to anticipate needs and opportunities.
• Risk Management: Identify and minimize risks related to supplies (stockouts, quality issues, supplier dependence).
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the production, quality, logistics, and R&D departments to understand their needs and ensure purchasing compliance.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate supplier performance and implement corrective actions if necessary.

Education: Higher education degree in purchasing, logistics, production management, engineering, or business.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar position within an industrial environment (automotive, aerospace, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, etc.).

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of negotiation and contracting techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of purchasing processes and the supply chain.
• Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, Microsoft Office Suite).
