- Accurately following existing recipes and performing preparations for both hot and cold cooking.
- Preparing ingredients (cutting, portioning, etc.).
- Finishing dishes and products according to butchery quality standards.
- Preparing orders for customers.
- Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Keeping the workplace and materials used clean.
- Actively thinking and contributing to an efficient workflow.

qualification
- Experience: You have demonstrable experience in a professional (wholesale) kitchen, or have relevant prior training (e.g. in catering or butchery).
- Product knowledge: You have the right product knowledge and are familiar with working with kitchen equipment, including knives.
- Independence: You can follow recipes accurately and work independently, but you also function well as part of a team.
- Social Skills: You are a sociable and communicative person who fits well in a small, close-knit team. You contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere.
- Flexibility: You are available from Tuesday to Saturday, between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm.
