As a (Senior) Process Engineer, you will become a member of the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) Small Molecule Drug Substance team, responsible for supporting the ongoing production of the commercial Life Cycle Management (LCM) active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) portfolio. You will represent MSAT within site-based multidisciplinary teams and global project teams, working closely with partners to ensure smooth and efficient API manufacturing. Your main focus will be ensuring API manufacturing readiness, identifying and implementing process optimizations, leading investigations into non-conformances and Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA) implementation, supporting process validation and qualification activities, and coordinating technology transfers. Additionally, you will play a leading role in increasing site agility and capacity through scientific and data-driven process improvements, and you will be recognized as the MSAT site expert for your API syntheses.
