invoice and revenue specialist

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in line with agreed customer rates and contracts
• Adhere strictly to standard job costing procedures
• Estimate income for assigned clients and ensure efficient handling for non-assigned clients
• Use correct product material codes during invoicing
• Ensure flawless PO creation based on provided instructions
• Review and correct invoices in case of disputes for assigned clients
• Deliver estimations and invoicing in line with set KPI objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Finance Operations (GSC) team, bridging communication with Customer Experience teams
• Generate and analyze reports to monitor status and execute daily operational tasks
• Detect issues causing incorrect or delayed job costing and contribute to collaborative root cause analysis
• Continuously seek improvements in processes, reduce recurring errors, and build strong knowledge of local and global systems
• Keep Operations, Finance, and Management informed of relevant developments regarding clients, suppliers, and processes
• Stay updated on agreed credit terms and commercial agreements
• Ensure proper transfer of customs charges to the customer
• Responsible for reconciliation of the local deferment account

• Experience in administrative, financial, or logistics roles
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across departments
• Familiarity with financial processes and systems, or eager to learn quickly
• Proficiency in English & Dutch
