(internal) sales coördinator chemicals

• You coordinate sales activities of Arteco coolants to Chevron and TotalEnergies affiliates.
• You develop and support globally coolant activities of both parent companies by promoting existing products or introducing new products.
• You provide technical support to different contacts of Chevron and TotalEnergies affiliates.
• You are responsible for updating price lists monthly.
• You have a key role in Forecasting (quarterly) and Budgeting (yearly) and actively manage Credit and Payment issues in cooperation with Arteco Accounts Receivable and Customer Service.
• You work closely together with colleagues from different departments (Customer Service, Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, …)
• You act as back-up for Area Sales Managers (Europe and Africa) during their absence; provides technical support to existing customers, answers price requests and occasionally coordinates projects.

• At Arteco we require sales people to be aware of everything related to the customer (pricing, product technology, logistics, HS&E, etc.) and not just the price. As a result, the Sales Coordinator combines a bachelor or master degree, preferably in chemistry, with strong commercial and technical skills. 

  • You develop a good technological product knowledge as well as a good knowledge of Arteco customer portfolio.
  • You have the capabilities to coordinate projects.
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and oral, in Dutch and English.
  • This function requires occasional travelling.
