• Deploy the asset management strategy and associated programs across
manufacturing, clinical manufacturing, and development sites.
• Enhance collaboration across Global Physical Asset Management functions
(standards, technologies, asset information).
• Drive internal change by promoting new ways of working with stakeholders.
• Define and implement global asset assessment methodologies and policies,
considering safety, compliance, obsolescence, and performance.
• Lead equipment assessment programs to ensure compliance with updated safety
standards and propose mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Act as the end-to-end technical risk manager for equipment assets.
• Collaborate with equity partners to develop and manage key relationships.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate property-level issues to senior leadership.
• Develop and deliver asset performance reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with asset owners and support departments (Maintenance, HSE,
Engineering, Finance) throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Analyze and review investment budgets with user teams, Engineering, and PMO to
ensure alignment with business priorities and risks.
• Develop and deploy Asset Management standards and processes across campuses
and sites.
• Oversee gap assessments and monitor asset performance.
• Prepare renewal and remediation capital and expense budget evaluations.
• Lead identification and assessment of risks related to physical assets (obsolescence,
safety, compliance).
• Translate technical insights into actionable and budgeted strategic roadmaps
aligned with corporate governance.
• Serve as a cross-site advisor to harmonize asset management approaches and drive
performance improvements.
