You will manage a team of warehouse workers during your shift and ensure an efficient operation together with your fellow foremen.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading & coaching the team: You drive performance through one-on-one conversations, huddle meetings, and floor walkthroughs.
• Hitting KPIs & targets: You guide your team towards hourly, daily, and weekly targets for both volume and quality.
• Planning & organizing: You plan daily operations efficiently so order volumes are processed accurately and on time.
• Hands-on teamwork: When required, you jump in on the warehouse floor yourself to ensure target achievement.
• Safety, quality & continuous improvement: You expand your knowledge of safety, quality, and KNPS tools, actively sharing best practices with your team.

You also meet the following requirements:

• Logistics mindset: You are familiar with warehouse operations and passionate about logistics.
• Strong communicator: You excel in interpersonal communication and speak good Dutch and English.
• Flexibility: You are available to work in 2 shifts.
• Growth mindset: You are eager to learn and implement safety, quality, and KNPS principles.
