You will manage a shift team of warehouse workers and collaborate with fellow foremen to keep operations running smoothly.

Key tasks:

• Team leadership: Lead daily stand-up meetings, conduct floor tours, and engage in one-on-one coaching.
• KPI focus: Monitor hourly, daily, and weekly targets across volume and quality standards.
• Operational planning: Organize shift tasks to ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Hands-on support: Step in actively on the floor whenever necessary to support your team.
• Continuous improvement: Drive safety, quality, and KNPS standards across the workplace.

Experienced or comfortable in a warehouse environment with a passion for logistics.

Great interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Dutch.

Willing to work in a rotating 2-shift system.

Interested in expanding and sharing knowledge on quality, safety, and operational tools (KNPS).

Hourly rate: €17.46/hour gross.

Shift premium: 7.5% shift allowance.

Meal vouchers: €8 per worked day.
