Financial Analysis & Controlling (35%)

• Analyze and monitor financial data for IT and Logistics (approx. €60M budget, 400 FTE).
• Follow up on actuals vs. targets and prepare regular estimates.
• Build and assess business cases for investments.
• Support long-term financial planning in collaboration with the Finance Manager.

Management Reporting (10%)

• Provide periodic and ad hoc reporting to management.
• Deliver clear and accurate insights that support decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting (35%)

• Lead the annual budget and recurring forecast processes.
• Translate strategic goals into financial roadmaps for IT and Logistics.
• Ensure alignment with group financial objectives.

Strategic Business Advice (15%)

• Advise and challenge business stakeholders on financial results and future projections.
• Act as a sparring partner for department heads and contribute to remediation plans where needed.

Knowledge & Collaboration (5%)

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Share knowledge internally and represent the company in finance-related forums or initiatives.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in auditing, consulting or financial business analyst
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen and Excel expertise.
• Proactive, results-oriented, flexible and resilient under pressure.
• Fluently in French and English, Dutch is a plus
• Collaborative and communicative with a hands-on mindset.
