As the main point of contact for gross-to-net inventory finances, you will oversee actual figures and build strong bridges with the business and Supply Chain Finance.

• Financial reporting & control: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of actuals and budgets, within strict deadlines and in full compliance with internal and external SOX regulations.
• BVA analyses: Perform and deliver thorough Budget vs. Actuals analysis reviews to Senior Management and the Controlling team.
• Business partnering: Invest in a strong network of international stakeholders (across Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland) to ensure key operational factors are accurately reflected in financial reporting.
• Master data & systems: Safeguard master data integrity for CFIN reporting and Anaplan.
• Process optimization & digitalization: Actively drive standardization, harmonization, and operational efficiency by leveraging digital transformation solutions and smart technologies.

• Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant financial experience.
• Domain knowledge: Proven experience in inventory finances, Supply Chain, and Cost Accounting. Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
• Digital skills: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with modern digital tools (e.g., Copilot, Anaplan, CFIN).
• Compliance: Solid understanding of internal and external SOX compliance regulations.
• Soft skills & languages: Strong communication and influencing skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
