• Execute complex accounting or banking transactions and ensure data accuracy
• Handle high-complexity files and provide effective administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
• Perform quality checks including validation of financial transactions
• Ensure high-quality management of master data within the organization and supervise the work of junior administrators
• Support the implementation of IT tools, conduct user testing, and act as key user for one or more applications
• Propose improvements for standard processes and procedures, implement changes, and contribute to internal improvement projects
• Resolve unexpected issues within your domain of expertise to support the team’s operations
• Act as point of contact and helpdesk collaborator, providing expert advice and managing ticket follow-up
• Share your knowledge and support junior administrators

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of office and financial applications
• In-depth understanding of BEGAAP accounting standards and financial products
• Familiarity with internal regulations and procedures
• Fluent in NL or FR, and basic knowledge of English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and ambition to grow within a team
