• Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders for heat pump manufacturers, wholesalers, and installation partners.
• Financial Administration: Reconcile and validate invoices and ensure timely payments from end customers.
• Process Improvement: Proactively anticipate and implement necessary changes to purchase orders and other processes.
• Data Analysis: Develop dashboards to track payment status and outstanding invoices, and update key business performance indicators.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the heat pump team to coordinate process updates and identify areas for improvement.

• Analytical Skills: You have strong numerical analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Organized: You are highly structured and organized in your work approach.
• Tech Savvy: You're proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Bilingual: You speak French and/or Dutch, and you're also proficient in English.
• Experienced: You have a university degree or equivalent experience in accounting, billing, or administrative support.
