document project controller

The Project Document Controller is responsible for managing all project documentation from start to finish. He/She is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring document management procedures in collaboration with key project stakeholders.

Main tasks:

• Establish clear communication procedures with project stakeholders and ensure their strict application,
• Define the numbering, registration, tracking, and archiving rules for all documents,
• Monitor the proper execution of document validation workflows,
• Prepare, format, and distribute documents to the various stakeholders,
• Create files and reports upon request.

Profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (in technical field);
• Previous experience in document control within projects or in an industrial/engineering environment is a strong asset.

Technical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of electronic document management systems (an asset);
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Rigorous and process-oriented;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (project, quality, technical);
• Reliable, responsive, and committed.

We offer you a direct contract with us, Randstad Professionals.

Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with 12 recuperation days/year.

Salary: To be discussed based on experience.
