Main Job Duties:

• Technical support: provide expert technical support, including troubleshooting activities. Implement procedures when standard methods have failed to ensure issues are addressed as quickly as possible. Manage support tickets from creation to closing
• Creation & update of the support procedure documentation
• Perform regular operational tasks (report generation, data import/export…)
• End users training (one-on-one, small groups) on advanced product features and preparing associated documentation

Potential Job Duties:

• Application launch and updates: designing test cases, conducting reviews and analyses and participating in software certification. Create or update the required documentation
• Application decommissioning: take part into the technical activities related to the decommissioning of legacy applications. Create the necessary documentation

your contribution

• A basic knowledge of SQL
• Usage of SharePoint online
• General usage of PowerPoint and Excel
• An experience in the pharmaceutical industry is not required but desired
• GxP and IT validation experiences are a plus
• Keen on documentation
• Attention to detail
• Capable of multitasking
• Fluent in English / French is an asset
