We are looking for an "Automation Engineer with a strong focus on Coordination and Industrial Resource Management"
Job description: A scope critical to MAM: responsible for building a multi-discipline Project Delivery resource capacity model, mapped onto the strategic technology projects pipeline.
Specifically: - Build a robust, "one-stop-shop", real-time, multi-discipline (Engineering, Execution Systems/Automation, Quality & Compliance) resource capacity model, mapped onto the MAM projects pipeline (active and incoming); - Merge all Projects team members from J&J, Managed Services and other 3rd party suppliers and contractors into one aggregated resource loading and allocation model; - Integrate this model into the overall J&J project intake process (project proposal qualification into execution, by means of financial and efficiency benefits validation); - Deployment of above model into the J&J project intake and management software platform.
The team: High-impact Team - our colleague student will work with: - Project Delivery Leaders from both Engineering and Execution Systems (Automation); - The Cluster PPM Lead (Project Portfolio Management); - Johnson & Johnson Business Excellence senior experts;
As such, great exposure to seasoned professionals and leaders, of which some also with an extensive past academic career.
Qualifications: - You are in the process of obtaining a Master's or Bachelor's degree and have a strong interest in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering & Supply Chain. Preferred fields of study are Engineering or Science.

Requirement: The candidate must be a registered student for the entire course of the internship. Graduates that are currently not enrolled in a study program are not eligible for this internship.
