Good Distribution Practices:
Responsible for the release of all applicable products in the Zoetis Distribution Centre:
- Responsible for timely and compliant GDP release to the market of applicable Zoetis products including
compliance checks on received documentation, review of shipment or warehousing related deviations and
preparation of batch release documentation.
- Investigate any quality/regulatory incidents with the applicable internal colleagues for preparing adequate lot
disposition.
- If applicable, coordinate rework of the products in cooperation with the supervisor, regulatory and supply
chain colleagues.
- Ensures returned products are thoroughly investigated before putting them into saleable stock according to internal
procedure.
- Facilitates approved Market Inventory Transfers from / to ZED.
- Participates in the self-audit of the procedures and systems in place at the Logistics Service Providers and the SCL
Zaventem site.
- Investigates logistics, storage or temperature deviations reported by the receiving party of the products.
Supply Chain and Logistics Quality System
- Contributes to the implementation and roll-out of the Zoetis Quality System to ensure local compliance to GDP,
local/EU regulation and Quality Agreements in place with the Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and Transport
Providers.
- Coordinates with Transport Operations and the responsible person of Zoetis any quality incidents if deemed
necessary.

Compliance
- Contributes to and is compliant with compliance related activities such as SOP¿s and Training.
- Supports SCL colleagues in the creation and maintenance of the quality/compliance procedures.
Continuous improvement
- Proactively looks for opportunities for improvement.
- Drives agreed implementation of changes that enhance performance, productivity and cost.

your contribution

Education:
- Preferably a degree in scientific or health related field of study.
- Preferably a relevant degree or training/certificate in QA/QS in Logistics / Manufacturing environment.
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience in Quality / Logistics operations or/ and Manufacturing in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in Good Distribution Practices and Quality Systems is a plus
