To realise our mission we are currently looking for a Junior Corporate Recruiter at Randstad Sourceright Belgium. Randstad Sourceright Belgium is mainly active in the Antwerp, Brussels (and around), Leuven, Ghent region.
As a Junior Corporate Recruiter you will play a crucial role in the onsite delivery of the agreed sourcing, recruitment & selection services.
Read about your main daily activities :
· develop and maintain an active talent pool · expand a personal network in the sector · source candidates (by performing targeted searches) · screen the candidates (from resume screening, to coordination of personality and ability testing to first telephone screening) · schedule and conduct video and face to face interviews · maintain the ATS system · write reports after phone screening and interview · coordinate and participate job events · support on projects within recruitment and selection (social media, internal mobility, etc.) area · collaborate with your fellow recruiters
In order to be effective in your new role we provide you with all the necessary tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Seat and access to various apps and databases. Moreover you will be backed up with the experience of more senior colleagues and the knowledge within the Randstad Sourceright EMEA and international organization. You will become part of a fun, easy-going and diverse team.
Check if you are the one we’re looking for :
· You have experience in recruitment and selection through one long or several short term internships/student jobs in a corporate recruitment department and/or recruitment/selection agency. If you have more experience you’re welcome as well. · You have a master degree in psychology, communication sciences, commercial sciences, law,… · You are communicative and social and have the ability and motivation to build and maintain a network of professionals. · You are a quick learner (through analytical skills and common sense,...), and are able and eager to speed up your recruitment skills in a fast pace. · You have personal leadership. · You are a good organizer and proactive. · You have experience in using social media. · You think 'out of the box' and will follow the latest trends in the recruitment field. · You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English.
