We are looking for our client Nestlé an IT Operational Business Support Fulltime Based in Brussels. This can be someone with experience or a starter.
You will be responsible of… :
Delivering support to the Nestlé employees regarding their infrastructure devices (Laptop, desktop, tablet, printers, mobile phones, phones ...) including services. Being the point of contact for all Nestlé employees having issues and specific IT requests. Ensuring the successful resolution of all tickets raised with regard to specific incidents, requests, issues, etc., within a specific timeframe and standards. The management of all hardware and software within Nestlé Belgilux. Contributing to good audit results by following policies and work instructions Being proactive in developing personal skills and technical knowledge to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Service Desk service.
You are and have… :
A strong experience in a similar Business Solution Support function; we are looking for someone with at least already 3-5 years of experience but it can be also a starter. You have a strong knowledge of IT systems, devices and applications. Customer oriented with excellent customer care skills – respectful, sensitive, able to relate. Excellent at communications and interpersonal skills – outgoing and enthusiastic. Excellent analytical skills, thorough and logical. Strong achievement focus – high energy and committed to end results. The ability to work in a team. The ability to work under pressure. Detail oriented and able to prioritize. Basic application knowledge. A good knowledge of Dutch or of French and a medior level of English as you will be working with all employees at Nestlé.
