The jobholder is accountable to support execution of complex projects or lead specific task linked to the development of beer raw materials. Such projects are mainly related to innovation in products and processes around the world. The job will require substantial hands-on work in lab and experimental brewery, combined with organization skills and proactivity.
- University degree in science area, preference for Bio Engineer, Bio-Chemical Engineer, Food Engineering, Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology or any correlated area; - Brewmaster course (post-graduation level) is an advantage; - Knowledge in Cereal Technologies is an advantage; - Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage; - Good project management skills are mandatory - Operational experience in a brewery is an advantage - Lab experience in beverages and knowledge in 5S methodology is an advantage - Basic Knowledge of the brewing process; - Very good analytical and synthetic skills - Very good computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project etc); - Able to take up hands-on work in the Experimental Brewery and / or Lab - Strong organization skills; adheres to deadlines; - Basic business sense - Ability to make presentations and to lead working meetings - Leadership skills, interpersonal skills, strong team player; - Is expected to drive sets of projects simultaneously; - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
