The Regulatory Affairs Administrator will facilitate the approval and maintenance of new and in-line veterinary products by providing administrative support to all Veterinary Medicine Regulatory Affairs teams.

Your responsibilities:

- You will contribute to the day to day activities of the administration team
- You will contribute to discussions on future trends, problem solving and prioritization in the context of achieving the departmental goals and implementing continuous improvement activities
– Your will represent VMRA on design and implementation of business programmes in order to optimize business processes
- Your role will include being a point person for external regulatory agencies in order to facilitate effective business processes
- Your role will include a multiple administration support the effective operation of the department by taking responsibility for : meeting organisation, visitor arrangements, travel booking, distribution of incoming mail, dispatch of outgoing mail and courier packages, requests for IT and HR support, translation, notarisation and legalisation of documents, ...

your contribution

- An appropriate education in administration is required
- At least 5 years previous experience as an administrator in a dynamic multicultural environment
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
- High level of competency using Microsoft Office suite – especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with financial management, including budget forecasting and management
- Working knowledge of drug and vaccine development process is an asset
- A previous experience in a Regulatory Affairs department is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
