Duties & responsabilities in Customer Complaints & Risk Evaluations:
- Responsible for the handling of Medical Device complaints in compliance with Baxter procedures.
- Investigate complaints related to Medical Devices which include batch file review, samples analysis, root cause investigation and corrective/preventive action plan determination.
- Responsible for risk evaluations in TW8 (manufacturing investigation).
- Manage non-conformances and CAPA related to customer complaints and risk evaluations.
- Lead or support process/product improvement initiatives.
- Generate and provide data and analysis + charts for quality forums such as CAPA review board and management review
- Perform training on relevant procedures.
- Update of customer complaints defect library
- 6S: Ensure that 6S approach is applied and respected in the working environments

your contribution

- Bachelor or Master in Science, in Administration, Translation & Interpreting, Engineer or relevant experience in quality.
- Knowledge of applicable Legislations, GMP, MDD and Quality Systems is an advantage as well in Quality Assurance
- Problem solving skills
- Good communicator (Interacts efficiently with internal customers, production, ¿)
- Is organized, has analytical mind and comfortable with data analysis and numbers
- Customer, stakeholder and result oriented
- Fluent in French and English
