We are looking for a polyvalent and flexible collaborator able to support the team Marketing and our Telemarketing Expert on various tasks (administrative, analysing and communication tasks) during the absence period:

Verification and validation of different reportings comparing different sources in Excel files (reportings of KPI¿s, telemarketing and/or e-marketing results,)
Supervision of the Telemarketing results (external call centres) with the support and under the supervision of our Expert Telemarketer: validation of the results of the external Call Centres in order to guarantee the quality of our statistics
In close collaboration with our Expert telemarketing, monitoring of calls and complains related to the external call centres activity in close collaboration with our Customer Care service:
If consumer complaints, investigate if it is well-founded or not. Therefore, contact the external call centres, collect the call recordings and listen to them with our critical mind
After analysis, give your input to our Customer Care service in order to manage the complaint of the consumer and brief the external contact centres
files exchanges with external call centre, when needed define data flow
Implementation of Marketing campaigns in our internal systems & tools: encoding our MKT Campaigns in our internal tool, explanation of numbers

Bilingual French-Dutch
well organised and autonomic
Strong administrative skills
Very good communicator with assertiveness
Quick learner, at ease with IT tools and Excel files (reading Excel files)
Analytic, comfortable with numbers and data
Strong observer and good listening capabilities
critical view with a good judgement capacity
