Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full contract process, from drafting and negotiation to execution and monitoring.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met correctly and on time.
• Implement contract management policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure contracts are managed effectively and contribute to business objectives.
• Analyze contract terms, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Draft and maintain standard contracts and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry developments and changes in legislation.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum a high school diploma, vocational education, or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Contract Management (with vocational education) OR no prior experience required with a bachelor's degree.
