• Define and implement category strategies aligned with company objectives and sustainability ambitions.
• Manage full end-to-end sourcing processes (RFx), from market analysis to contract negotiation and award.
• Serve as a trusted procurement advisor for internal clients: challenge needs, co-create specifications, and drive value.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure contracts align with both internal policy and strategic objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and manage risks.
• Stay up to date with market trends and innovative supplier solutions.
• Contribute to procurement excellence by enhancing tools, processes, and collaboration frameworks.

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in procurement/project sourcing, particularly in indirect categories such as marketing, contact centers, fleet, HR, or financial services.
• Solid project management and sourcing methodology know-how.
• Proven ability to lead complex RFx processes independently.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical thinker with a strong foundation in cost analysis and supplier evaluation.
• Fluent in English; working knowledge of either Dutch or French is required.
