As a Business Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting business operations, optimizing processes, and providing high-quality service to internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in business administration within a global pharmaceutical setting.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently, workflows run smoothly, and improvements are continuously made. This role suits someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the Business Services team.
Support process improvement initiatives and optimize existing workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and deliver excellent service.
Ensure procedural compliance and consistent execution of tasks.
Build knowledge of tools and systems to effectively support internal stakeholders.
Contribute to projects, system upgrades, and new process implementations.
Identify issues proactively and collaborate on solutions to improve service delivery.
Degree: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; internship experience will also be considered.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical thinking and keen attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
