As a Business Controller, you will be the financial right-hand of the management team. You will contribute to strategic decisions through detailed analyses and insights. Your responsibilities include:

• Financial Oversight: You will manage and analyze the financial health of the organization, including costs, revenue, and performance against strategic plans.
• Reporting and Analysis: You will develop performance indicators and analyze financial data to advise management and support decision-making.
• Risk Management: You will identify and mitigate financial risks, particularly those specific to the energy industry.
• Specific Responsibilities: You will control specific business costs, such as corporate expenses, financial results, and taxes. You will also prepare a report for regulatory bodies twice a year.

You are an analytical professional with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record as a Business Controller.

• You hold a Master's Degree.
• You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Controller, preferably in the energy sector.
• You have excellent knowledge of financial management software such as SAP and are proficient in using MS Office.
• You are fluent in at least one of the national languages (Dutch or French) and have a good command of the other national language and English.
• You are analytical, proactive, and capable of solving problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You are a strong communicator, organized, and have excellent leadership skills.
