The Senior Bio Process Engineer will act as a User Representative for specific equipment and system packages within the BBOC+ project. This role requires strong expertise in biomanufacturing processes and automation systems, particularly to review and challenge automation-related documentation.The position focuses on process and equipment integration, technical troubleshooting, and project execution, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, digitalization, and automation requirements

Project:

- Represent user needs in equipment and system package development within the BBOC+ project.

- Lead process and equipment-oriented initiatives, integrating product, engineering, digitalization, and automation aspects.

- Ensure all documentation relative to the project is done (change control, CAPA, SOP review,…)

- Review and challenge automation documentation (e.g., Functional Design Specifications, P&IDs).

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Challenge existing proposals and solutions, leveraging expertise to drive innovation and optimization

- Minimum 10 years of experience in biomanufacturing, with exposure to at least two domains: Engineering, Automation, Operations, MSAT.

- Strong knowledge of bioprocesses, automation systems (e.g., Siemens PCS7), and cGMP.

- Proficiency in P&IDs, FDS, and understanding of CPPs, KPPs, and PPs.

- Advanced project management skills.

- Experience with Operational Excellence methodologies.

- Fluent in English and French.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
