The Bio Process Engineer main responsibilities are:
- Be accountable for overseeing process-oriented projects related to equipment and systems, integrating product, engineering, digitalization and automation components
- Address complex investigations across product, engineering, and automation domains
- This dual-role position is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of critical initiatives within our cutting-edge biomanufacturing facility
- As Bio Process Engineer, you will be also in charge of manage a team of Bio Process Engineer (direct line) or ad hoc member (dotted line management) to achieve objectives
The role is split roughly 50/50 between hands-on technical work and documentation or quality system management.
You should be able to navigate both environments comfortably and be capable of addressing technical issues in the field while also managing documentation, change controls, and quality processes with autonomy and structure.
