The main goal of this mission is to contribute to release and stability testing activities, ensuring compliance with agreed quality standards and timelines. The incumbent will work within a team environment, collaborating with scientists and technicians across different functions. This mission particularly supports pharmacopeia and immunoassay activities.

Marjor activities : 

• Perform daily laboratory activities related to product release and stability testing
• Analyse and interpret results
• Verify data accuracy (peer review)
• Coordinate with colleagues to organize release and stability analyses
• Document, follow up on deviations and incidents, and validate results in a laboratory information management system (LIMS)

All activities are performed in compliance with GMP, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules, as well as regulatory requirements for each phase of product development.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong laboratory and/or quality skills
• Solid experience with analytical techniques such as pharmacopeia testing and immunoassays (ELISA, qPCR) applied to proteins
• Good understanding of GMP standards in a quality control (QC) laboratory environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in English, including the ability to read and interpret scientific documents
• Well-organized, flexible, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
