In the Clinical Trials Team, the Administrative Coordinator of Operations will be responsible, with minimal direction, for performing administrative functions for leaders, their direct reports, and large teams.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments,maintaining calendars, supporting onboarding and offboarding of local employees, assisting with department forecasts and budgets, invoice review and approval, travel arrangements, expense reports, and ordering and dispensing supplies.
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for travel (transportation, accommodations) within specified budgets and expense reports. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator may provide support or oversight of similar activities in other client's offices or for staff located in other client's offices.
The position involves high-level contact (Internal and/or External) and exposure to sensitive and confidential information requiring the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion.
