admin & marketing assistent

Team size:

• Small, cross-functional team within the Neurology Business Unit
• Team mission: Support the launch of rare disease products in the Benelux region, including marketing, sales, and tender coordination

Typical Day

• Manage administrative tasks (POs, invoices, event/congress coordination)
• Support marketing activities (local material creation, agency coordination)
• Handle tender-related requests from hospitals
• Regular check-ins with the manager (weekly or bi-weekly)
• Liaise with internal team members and external provide

•  Strong organizational and communication skills
•  Experience in pharma, especially with MDR and pharma.be compliance
•  Proficiency with IT tools (SAP, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•  Ability to work independently and proactively
•  Comfortable with remote collaboration• Ideally trilingual: French, Dutch, and English
•  Bilingual profiles may be considered depending on strenghts
•  Team player who fits well with the company culture
•  Experience in event/congress coordination and marketing support
•  Familiar with tender processes in the hospital/pharma context
•  Experience with local material creation and agency collaboration
•  Familiarity with  internal tools and processes
