Key Responsibilities:

• Map and manage the full process for selecting materials used in FTTH build and maintenance.
• Gather and integrate feedback from field and internal teams.
• Improve communication and feedback loops across departments.
• Provide technical input on new materials and installation issues.
• Evaluate and improve installation guidelines and technical documentation.
• Stay up to date on materials, standards, and design rules.
• Participate in field visits to observe installations and support quality assurance.

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in network infrastructure or engineering.
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills (English).
• Team player with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiar with technical standards (IEC) and supplier specs (preferred).
• Willing to be on-site regularly; driver’s license required.
• English fluency required; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
