In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end change management lifecycle:

• Impact & Needs Analysis: Analyze the human and organizational impact of projects and map out the specific needs of targeted stakeholder groups.
• Strategy & Rollout of Change Plans: Design and execute change strategies and delivery plans tailored to the specific challenges and risks of each project.
• Stakeholder Coaching & Guidance: Advise and coach sponsors, leaders, managers, and project teams in their roles as change leaders.
• Facilitation & Workshops: Design and lead interactive workshops, participatory sessions, and collective group dynamics.
• Resistance & Risk Management: Identify change resistance and adoption risks, formulating concrete mitigation plans.
• Adoption Measurement (KPIs): Define and monitor quantitative and qualitative indicators for engagement, adoption, and sustained change embedding.
• Change Saturation & Prioritization: Detect change fatigue and saturation within the organization, supporting management with project phasing and prioritization.
• Organizational Maturity & Methodological Development: Contribute to building the organization's change maturity and enhancing the Change team's methodologies, practices, and toolkits.

To qualify for this role, you must demonstrate the following criteria:

1. Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Change Management within complex organizational transformations.
3. Methodology:
   • Formal certification in a recognized Change Management methodology.
   • Proven, hands-on experience applying the Prosci methodology and the ADKAR model.
4. Strategic & Operational Experience: Proven track record in developing and rolling out change strategies, transformation roadmaps, and stakeholder management frameworks.
5. Leadership Enablement: Demonstrated experience coaching sponsors, C-level/board members, managers, and operational teams.
6. Facilitation Skills: Strong track record in facilitating group dynamics and leading interactive workshops.
7. Communication: Exceptional ability to structure, synthesize, and clearly articulate complex topics (both verbally and in writing).
8. Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to navigate conversations and drive impact across diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.
9. Tooling: Proficient with collaborative and project tracking tools such as Microsoft Teams, Planner, or Jira.
10. Languages: Full professional working proficiency in French and English for project execution and stakeholder communication.

Nice-to-Haves

• Certification or formal training in professional coaching.
• Advanced or specialized training in Change Management.
• Knowledge of or practical experience with advancing organizational maturity using the Prosci Enterprise Change Management (ECM) framework.

• Duration: 12 months.
• Regime: Full-time (5/5) preferred; 9/10 or 4/5 negotiable.
• Location: Headquarters in Brussels.
• Hybrid Work: Available upon mutual agreement, with mandatory on-site presence on Tuesdays and a second mandatory fixed day determined in consultation with the client.
