Position Summary
As a Team Leader, you oversee and guide a team of Dispatchers who specialize in chartering
LTL and FTL shipments within our Road Logistics department in Kampenhout. You are
responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily transport activities, ensuring that all
shipments are dispatched efficiently, costeffectively, and in full compliance with Belgian
transport regulations. Leveraging your operational expertise and strong communication
skills, you support your team in working effectively with planners, drivers, subcontractors,
and customer service teams. Together, you ensure smooth execution of all transport
movements, selecting the most suitable subcontractors based on quality, performance, and
price, while fostering continuous operational improvement within the team.
