As a Supervisor, your daily tasks will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising activities on the production line.
• Ensuring output targets, quality standard guidelines, and safety policies are strictly followed.
• Coaching, motivating, and training line operators and team members.
• Identifying technical bottlenecks or line disruptions swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Initiating process improvements to further optimize operational efficiency and workflow.

To be successful in the role of Supervisor, you meet the following profile:

• You have proven experience as a Supervisor, team leader, or line operator, preferably in an industrial or food-processing environment.
• You possess strong leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, and clear communication abilities.
• You are quality-minded, safety-conscious, and adept at solving operational issues quickly.
• You are flexible to work in shifts (two shifts or night shift).
• You are fluent in Dutch, English or French
