In your daily routine as a Technical Operator, you directly impact the plant's efficiency through these core tasks:

• Independently setting up, adjusting, and converting advanced production machinery.
• Monitoring the continuous manufacturing process and conducting strict quality controls on finished products.
• Ensuring a timely supply of raw materials to keep the automated lines running without interruption.
• Identifying, analyzing, and proactively resolving mechanical or technical malfunctions.

To excel as a Production Operator, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: You have a solid, proven track record working as a Process Operator, machine setter, or technical factory worker in an industrial environment.
• Skills: You possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to fix minor technical glitches. Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude are essential.
• Specific Requirements: You are flexibel to transition from dayshifts to a 2-shift regime. You are tech-savvy and comfortable operating computerized systems and machinery.
