Your job:
- Repair and Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic).
- Troubleshooting: Find the cause of breakdowns and repair machines quickly to restart production.
- Peripherals: Maintain all extra equipment: temperature controllers, conveyors, dryers, grinders, and cooling systems.
- Adjustments: Set up the machines after a repair to make sure the production process is stable.
- Technical Support: Contact machine manufacturers for help when needed.
- Diagnosis: Describe problems clearly and follow the manufacturer's instructions for repairs.
- Reports: Keep repair logs and technical documents up to date.
- Improvement: Help improve equipment and maintenance methods to avoid future problems.
- Reliability: Suggest ways to reduce machine stops and make the factory more reliable.
- Safety: Make sure all work follows safety rules and company procedures.
