key responsibilities
- Support thorough quality inspections and controls across the entire production floor.
- Monitor quality deviations and handle customer complaints to implement permanent corrective actions.
- Develop engaging quality-related training programs, clear instructions, and vital safety documents.
- Coordinate proactive safety projects to raise risk awareness and promote a vibrant safety culture.
- Draft and update essential environmental policies, waste management programs, and recycling guidelines.
qualification
- Bachelor work and thinking level or equivalent demonstrable operational experience.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Dutch to connect with all internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and proactive problem solving.
