Financial controller

• Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial outcomes and present key findings and insights to regional management.
• Process Optimization: Identify efficiencies in daily operations and implement strategies to maximize gross margins.
• Profitability Initiatives: Proactively drive improvement plans designed to boost overall business profitability.
• Data & Forecasting: Maintain a correct and current SAP database architecture while delivering highly accurate financial forecasts.
• Budgetary Management: Formulate, monitor, and update corporate budgets utilizing SAP BPC tools.
• Management Representation: Act as a key financial representative during local management meetings.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure strict adherence to established financial workflows and provide hands-on assistance during corporate audits.
• Cost Control & Ad-hoc Projects: Actively contribute to cost-containment measures and execute diverse ad-hoc financial assignments as needed.

Education: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: You have gained solid foundational experience in finance (e.g., through a role in financial consultancy, auditing, or financial controlling).

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. Practical experience with SAP systems and tools (like SAP BPC) or an understanding of audit procedures is a distinct advantage.

Languages: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English are essential. Proficiency in other European languages is a welcome plus.
