Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Ownership
Manage and optimize daily dispatching and groupage operations across Europe.
Coordinate import and export shipments with a focus on cost-efficiency, timeliness, and
customer satisfaction.
Act as a main point of contact for operational escalations within the KN network.
Support cross-dock activities and ensure smooth cargo flow throughout the network.
2. Planning & Optimization
Identify improvement opportunities within the supply chain and implement best practices.
Streamline internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
3. Customer & Partner relationship
Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and logistics partners.
Ensure proactive communication and effective resolution of transport-related challenges.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure full compliance with international transport legislation, customs regulations, and internal
procedures.
Manage accurate and timely documentation for all import and export shipments.
5. Team Collaboration & Development
Work closely with planners, dispatchers, and administrative teams.
Share knowledge and support training initiatives related to transport regulations, systems, and
customer requirements.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
