Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, manage files, and ensure thorough administrative follow-up on cases.
• Maintain high standards of service, professional communication, and customer satisfaction.
• Successfully complete required regulatory training (FSMA) during onboarding.

Profile Requirements

• Essential Criteria:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent secondary education).
  • Native or C2-level proficiency in German (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in English or French (required for internal communication and to complete the mandatory FSMA training, which is conducted in English/French).
• Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer support role is strongly preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills and comfort with managing client documentation.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt within a structured environment.
