What you’ll actually be doing

You won't be standing around waiting for a green light.

You’ll take full ownership of your own CNC machine and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CAM programmers:

• Independently setting up fixtures and precision-aligning large, complex workpieces (mainly slow-speed machining).
• Making quick basic program tweaks directly at the control panel when needed.
• Getting machines, tooling, and setups ready so CAM programs and night runs start without a hitch.
• Handling routine first-line maintenance so your machine runs like a clock.
