In this role, you are responsible for the entire process at the machine. You will work on high-quality components where precision is key.

• Setting & Operating: You prepare the CNC lathes and set them up correctly for production.
• Programming & Adjusting: You write or modify programs where necessary to ensure an optimal result.
• Reading Blueprints: You interpret technical drawings flawlessly and translate them into the perfect finished product.
• Quality Control: You inspect your own workpieces using high-precision measuring tools.

• Experience: You have proven experience as a CNC Turner.
• Knowledge: You are capable of independent programming and making corrections (experience with specific control systems is a plus).
• Technical Insight: Reading complex technical plans and blueprints is second nature to you.
• Mindset: You are quality-oriented, work with extreme precision, and are available to start on short notice.
