For a food company in Bredene, we are looking for an operator.
You will work in a two-shift system:
- Early shift: from 05:00 to 13:00.
- Late shift: from 13:00 to 21:00.
Your responsibilities are:
- You take full responsibility for your production line, from start-up to quality control, and ensure that the highest standards in terms of food safety and efficiency (yield) are achieved. Your active input guarantees a smooth operation and a top-quality final product.
- You are responsible for the safety of the production process and the quality of the finished product.
- You set up, start up, operate, and convert the production line, and organize the workflows and shift handovers.
- You perform incoming quality checks on deliveries, register production data, and carry out the required quality controls.
- You independently resolve operational breakdowns/malfunctions, monitor daily yields and losses, and assist packaging colleagues if necessary.
