For our Collection department, we are looking for a Litigation Officer.
For this position, you are responsible for files follow-up of Litigation and Bankruptcy. Therefore, you are daily in contact with lawyers, trustees or our external partner in order to optimise the recovery of claims and complete each case accordingly.
Your main tasks are:
- Administrative follow-up of each case in "bankruptcy” or "litigation”.
- Take all necessary steps to promote the recovery of open claims
- Work closely with lawyers, curators or our external partner.
- Introduction and follow-up of bankruptcy cases in REGSOL.
- Preparation of legal files.
- Monitoring of cases involving collective debt settlement, legal reorganisation, etc.
