financial planner and analysis controller

As an FP&A Controller, you will be part of the controlling team and play a strategic role in financial planning and performance management. Your expertise will help drive business decisions, improve financial models, and contribute to long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, validate, and consolidate quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year plans
• Define financial focus areas based on business objectives and market trends
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of planning exercises
• Integrate data into the financial model to assess expected profitability and funding needs
• Extract key insights and translate them into concise, action-oriented recommendations for the Executive Committee
• Continuously improve the financial model to enhance forecasting capabilities
• Contribute to transformation initiatives and make recommendations to strengthen financial controls

• A university degree in management, economics, or finance (ideally as a business engineer)
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience as a controller
• A strong analytical mindset and a hands-on problem-solving approach
• The ability to model complex financial scenarios and act as a troubleshooter
• Flexibility, independence, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• A proactive attitude towards learning and organizational growth
• Fluency in at least two of the following: Dutch, French, and English
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with Power Query is a plus, or you’re willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills to navigate complex environments and influence stakeholders effectively
